Dr. Gordon has over 30 years experience in treating TMJ Dysfunction
Dr. Gordon studied directly under Dr. Harold Gelb D.D.S considered by most as the first expert in the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ Dysfunction. (1975-1977)
He has also studied and assisted with Dr. J. Wellington truit-founder of Clinical Foundation of Orthopedics and Orthodontics (1979-1983)
Mentored by Robert R. Jankelson D.D.S. – He has played a key role in the evolution of neuromuscular dentistry and is widely recognized as the principal developer of clinical electromyography in dentistry. His father Bernard Jankelson D.D.S. invented the Neuromuscular Computer Program used by a majority of the most successful TMJ clinicians (which is presently being used by Dr. Gordon to achieve 95% plus treatment rate success).
Was a member of the North American Neuromuscular Study Club - Met with the top TMJ experts throughout the U.S. four times yearly to present cases for discussion and review.
